The timeline of this story is somewhat confusing.  It appears that Haley Barbour pardoned Harry Russ Bostick a few weeks AFTER the drunken idiot killed 18 year old Charity Smith while driving his car drunk.  Supposedly Barbour did NOT know that Bostick had killed Charity and pardoned him based on a parole board recommendation from BEFORE the time Bostick used his car to murder Charity....
